THE RIGHT TO GO TO COLLEGE

The essential constitutional right to guarantee the access for adults with disabilities and special needs to have the absolute right to attend a real university to get a real bachelors degree and beyond.

Children with special needs become adults that don't fit in. There are children with special needs who are in special education or integrated in public schools. Universities have a college of education or a teachers college, and yet they don't implement this within their own university.

I am 49 years old and I have not been to a real university to get a real bachelors degree. I have the ability to do this. The only thing that has kept me from attending a university is being told "NO!" by ignorant people who don't have a clue about me. The Americans with Disability Act hasn't done anything for me. Life is too short. It took me all this time to figure this out that the only way to solve this problem is that I just have to have the right to decide to go to a university and just go to a university.

I have been stonewalled out of college. I have to break through this wall. This has to be done because I am in an entire class of people that is denied to go to college.

Why am I discriminated from college? I would like to address that question to the universities. I want that answer. I won't get that answer. I won't be told why I am being discriminated. There won't be any admission that I'm even being discriminated at all.

If I were to try to come up with a theory for the discrimination, I would say this is due to my kid like personality, and I have the brain of an extraterrestrial.

I don't know how to prove the extraterrestrial brain. It is perfectly acceptable for one to say they have the brain of the opposite gender. I have an intuitive sense of self that I have an extraterrestrial brain.

As far as having a kid like personality. Whatever my personality is, I should not be judged because of my personality. Psychopaths and sociopaths should be judged. But what is happening is those are the personalities that are running the universities, and they deny acceptance to me because I have the opposite personality.

There are some one room schoolhouses still in existence. When there are a few students, all of them can be at a different grade level. Each student is treated as an individual.

Special needs students in special education. "Normal" students in mainstream education. This all has to be redefined. Mainstream education should be an environment where each and every student is treated as an individual. People with special needs get labelled with being disabled while their abilities go ignored. The truth about "normal" people is that they are not "normal". Everyone is the same that they have strengths and weaknesses. Let's redefine conformity. Treat everybody the same by treating everybody as an individual. The concept of education should be that everyone is a special needs student. Instead of giving any attention to disabilities, each individual person can focus on their own individual strengths.

I don't have a disability. I just have very rare abilities that the majority does not have. Therefore the majority sees my abilities as a mental illness.

In the real world Sheldon Cooper is too intelligent and weird to ever get admitted into college. Final episode he wakes up from a dream to the horrific reality to find himself confined in a mental institution.

A person coming out of a cult is going to be distressed and angry. Social services is that cult.

It starts in grade school. Some children who have behavioral problems can just be intelligent and there are no teachers who can recognize their intelligence.

There is no reason why I shouldn't be accepted into Lehigh University when I am far more intelligent than the people who do the social sciences. I won't get good grades in a social science major when I'm just going to say how messed up the entire system is.

I guess the people who go into hard science want to stay away from social science and just focus on hard science.

I don't know how I will do in the hard sciences, but I know I have try to find out. I have to do this in a real university.

It's been hard for me to find a place to fit in. Maybe I'm somewhere in-between social science and hard science. I want to apply intelligence to social science and overhaul the entire screwed up system. The entire concept that college has to be exclusive is insane. The walls have to come down. College has to be an essential constitutional right, and I want the government to pay for it.

Lehigh University as well as every other university has to be able to implement what they teach in the college of education. Children with special needs become adults who don't fit in. It just makes sense that they should have the right to go to college. Accommodate adults with special needs. Even when there is an invisible disability and they just think differently.

I am interested in getting a degree in a hard science. I am being stonewalled by the admissions department. This is due to them having a background in psychology and social science which is all junk science. People who truly have the potential for the hard sciences are stonewalled out of college. The admissions department stonewalls people who are socially different. When the United States eventually falls, this will be the direct result of how universities bullies people who are socially different and truly have the potential for the hard sciences.

I'll get right to the point. I want to take a class in the fall and it will be funded. The government funding that pays for public education is one possible way to pay for this. I want to try taking one class in a science. I have to show what I can do. Absolutely no judgement of my grade point average from the 1980s. I want to take a class in a science that isn't heavy in math, and doesn't involve handling body fluids, dead humans, or dead animals, or diseases.

I propose there could be instantaneous real time communication with the inhabitants on planets that are light years away. What science has something to do with developing that? I like physics. What is the closest alternative to physics that doesn't involve a lot of math?

My self assessment of myself is that I want to do social science the way it should be done. There is nothing a university can teach me about social science. My experience on the receiving end of it has been all wrong.

However if I take a class in a hard science, its a subject I am interested in, and I will actually be studying something I don't know.

Furthermore, the dean should be a real scientist who majored in the hard sciences who will have a focus to admit potential students who are socially awkward and have a potential for the hard sciences.

I have an interest to advocate for students with special needs to go to school. I want to do this in college. Yes it is an important job to teach children with special needs in special education. And there are children with special needs who are integrated in the public schools. I want to take this a step further. I want to advocate for the rights of adults with disabilities and special needs to have the equal opportunity and the right to go to a real university to achieve a real bachelors degree. I fit into this group. I have been denied the equal opportunity to go to college.

This is the exact job I want to do. I want to do special education for adults with special needs to go to college. No one is doing this. There is no college major for this. I am doing this without a college degree. I have to be granted an honorary doctorate to have the authority to get this done.

Teaching is a noble profession. My criticism is aimed at the universities. Colleges focus so much on past grades as a perquisite to get admitted into college. There is too much focus on grades, but not real world application. The education system has to be held accountable for its own performance. The very people who are in charge of running the universities are failures. The college of education or the teachers college is only about educating teachers to teach children in the public school system. Universities do not put into practice the equivalent of implementing the concept of a public school education within the university setting. This completely ignores the entire concept of accommodating adults with special needs to attend a real university to attain a real bachelors degree. And to also continue on to graduate degree studies.

When the right accommodations are provided, an adult with special needs can succeed in a university. It is not the student's fault if accommodations had not been sufficiently provided in grade school. All judgement of past grades have to go out the window. There has to be open door access for adults with special needs to have the right to go to a university. Sufficient accommodations have to be provided within the university for adults with special needs to attend.

I am trying to put an end to the entire apply and be accepted policy to go to a real university to get a real bachelors degree. I am the type of person that doesn't fit into any kind of "real" job. Universities can tell who conforms and who does not. It is not right to be discriminated from college just for being an independent thinker.

No person has any right to tell me I am not allowed to go to college. My chosen career is to make it so that there will be an absolute guaranteed right to go to college. No university is going to admit me and allow me to graduate when I say that this is the job I choose to do. The entire screening process that universities do is discriminatory. An entire class of people who fall into the category "developmentally disabled" are discriminated from college. The policy of asking for permission to attend a university is insane. I am going to put and end to that antiquated policy once and for all.

The court battle to establish a constitutional right to go to college has to take place in a federal courtroom, and there has to be a jury. Even if I win the court battle to attain my right to go to college, I still expect the university to bully me and set me up to fail.

All of the universities have banded together to admit only who they define to be developmentally perfect humans. Anyone who thinks differently and independently is defined to have a developmental brain disorder and not to be suitable for college. The United States Department of Education continues to allow a conspiracy that denies the rights of an entire class of people the right go to university.

The universities have a firm grip on this planet. They control what type of people are allowed to get a degree. People who think inside the box, fit within the mold, and perpetuate the same old problems.

Universities don't teach anything about human rights. Social work isn't about protecting human rights.

I must have the right to go to college. I don't know how to do anything else but be a social activist. I am unemployable because I cannot fit into any existing job description. I cannot fit into the prison of exact job functions and not have the freedom to think outside the box. I have to be an explorer. The job I want to do is to put an end to the practice of universities deciding who is allowed to get a bachelors degree. It has to be a constitutional right for an individual to go to a university. No other person should have any power to decide on the fate of who is allowed and not allowed to get a bachelors degree.

I have been discriminated from college. There's no where to turn to to get help with protecting my right to go to college. There is no government authority to complain to about this problem. It's nobody's job. The disability services at a university only helps current existing students. That department does not help prospective students. Disability services does not advocate for prospective students with disabilities to be allowed to go to college.

What are the universities teaching about disabilities when they don't accommodate people people with disabilities to go to college? What are universities teaching about accommodating people with disabilities in society when they cant even accommodate people with disabilities within the university? Accommodation for a disability has to start with giving people the right to choose to go to college. Universities have a deep seething hatred for people with developmental disabilities. Universities don't regard them as humans who have any right to make their own decision to go to college.

I have to have the absolute right to decide for myself to go to college. Accommodation in a university requires a safe environment without being bullied by the university. Universities are not equipped to teach how people with developmental disabilities are treated in society. Universities deny equal opportunity for people with developmental disabilities to go to college, and work in the field and do a better job than the current people that are working in disability services. There has to be a constitutional right to go to college. My job is to establish a constitutional right to go to college. I have to do this job without having a college degree. I don't want to try to compete with anyone else. Everything I want to do, nobody else is doing. I just want to make it a constitutional right to go to university and get a bachelors degree. I have ADD and OCD and the positive strengths of those is that I can focus on making it a constitutional right to go to college.

I am stuck on a planet that doesn't acknowledge a person's right to decide for them-self to go to college. I have to change that. This has to be the reason why I am here. This is what I was put on this Earth to do.

I cannot put up with being rejected from college. They are wrong about me. I have the ability to go to college. I am out on $5,000 bond. I could go to prison just for standing up for my right to go to college. There is no established authority to complain to about college discrimination. I have to give a reason why I am being discriminated? That doesn't make sense. I'm just being told "NO!" My constitutional right to simply decide to go to college and go is being violated. What constitutional right? There is no existing constitutional right to go to college.

The United States Department of Education is supposed to be where to file a complaint of discrimination from college. The complaint goes nowhere because there is no constitutional right to go to college all the way. There is no established government authority to help me. I have no choice but to demand my right to go to college. The private university campus police charges me with criminal harassment when I inquire an interest to go to college. The justice system allows this to happen.

If there ever is a politician that wants to make it a constitutional right to go to college, it goes nowhere because the politician gets accused of being a communist and a socialist. Who's making these accusations? The idiots with college degrees.

The people that run the universities. They are skilled at being master manipulators. They have brainwashed everyone into thinking that people with developmental disabilities are subhuman and they are to be kept out of college and kept out of working in any professional field.

People treat me like I am a different species. The so called professionals think I have a developmental brain disorder.

People who are socially isolated. They isolate themselves from society. This is because society ostracizes them. Socially isolated people are kept out of college. I cannot apply to college and be accepted. It is discrimination. No person should have any power over me to keep me out of college. That is not equality. I want to be an included part of society. I must have the constitutional right to go to college. I want to be free to be weird and different and fit into college just the way I am. It is the people who run the universities who have to go.

This is a case that has to be taken to the supreme court. This is not just against Lehigh University. This is a case against all of the universities, the United States Department of Education, and the Department of Justice. There is a class of people who are denied to go to college just because of who they are. Is there anyone sane that realizes this? The U.S. government must officially recognize the right to attend a real University. The solution requires a constitutional amendment to end the discrimination and to enforce the guaranteed right to go to college.

I have not even begun to scratch the surface of what is wrong with the universities. I will go to college, and I will continue to write this paper.

The only education college students ever get about changing the world is on graduation day from the commencement speaker. Universities have to become the kind of place that is accommodating for free thinkers. The way to fix the educational system is to go right to the source by fixing the universities. What has to be done is to just acknowledge a person's right to decide for them-self to go to college. To attend a university without being bullied for being a free thinker.

I would like to take human rights in college. In order for me to trust a university that teaches human rights, the university has to be capable of acknowledging an individual's right to decide to go to college. I don't want to be a social worker under the existing definition. I want to be a social activist. I would like to be the kind of social worker that gives a priority to defending human rights. A college degree should not be a requirement to be a social activist. I want to get a bachelors degree just for the sake of having a bachelors degree. The barrier that stands in my way of getting a bachelors degree is simply not having the right to attend a university to get a bachelors degree. If I want to get a bachelors degree in something, I would choose science. Not social science. A real science.

Discrimination from college is not defined to be a crime. And yet I called and went to the police to report discrimination from college. That resulted in the police filing criminal harassment charges against me. Now I'm calling the FBI to report discrimination from college and false and frivolous criminal harassment charges filed against me. I'm calling the FBI until I get results or until I get charged for harassing the FBI.

COMPLAINT TO UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

I have to report a complaint against Chief of police Edward K. Shupp for filing frivolous criminal charges against me. And Judge Nancy Matos Gonzalez for accepting these charges. Edward K. Shupp is the chief of police of the Lehigh university campus police. Lehigh university is a private university. I am being discriminated from Lehigh University. So then I attempted to report discrimination to the police which happened to be the Lehigh university campus police. The campus police of a university doesn't take complaints against its own university so that prompted Edward K. Shupp to file criminal harassment charges against me. I want to report Edward K. Shupp for harassing me by filing criminal harassment charges against me when all I did was attempt to take the proper legal steps by attempting to report discrimination from Lehigh University.

I first attempted to report discrimination to the Bethlehem city police department. They told me that Lehigh university is not within their jurisdiction. They told me to report my complaints to the Lehigh University campus police. And so I did. And that has resulted in Edward K. Shupp criminally charging me with harassment.

I want to report criminal complaints against Northampton County district attorney John M. Morganelli. It is the district attorney who must receive my discrimination complaint against Lehigh University. John M. Morganelli is ignoring my complaint against Lehigh university. John M. Morganelli is allowing an abusive justice system to prosecute me with false and frivolous criminal harassment charges.

I have a lot of complaints that are to be sent to the Northampton County district attorney John M. Morganelli.

The quote I got in response: "Your issues cannot be resolved by this office" "you should consult a civil lawyer"

The complaint I wish to express to district attorney John M. Morganelli is to dismiss the criminal charges. Now I have to ask the United States department of Justice to get John Morganelli to dismiss the charges.

I hold the United States of America liable for my criminal charges. There is no constitutional right to go to college. I complain to people about discrimination from college. It's nobody job to process this complaint. Nobody cares about solving this problem. I complain about college discrimination as if I have a right to complain about it. There is no existing right to go to college. There is no existing right to complain about discrimination from college. This has put me into the position of having criminal harassment charges filed against me.

I am wrongfully criminally charged for harassment in Northampton County in Pennsylvania. I am discriminated from college. Nobody wants to listen to me. It's nobody's job to listen to me. I try to complain about discrimination from college. It then becomes all about the rights of the people who don't want to listen to me. There is no right to go to college. I try to complain about it as if there is an existing right. People tell me I have no rights. I keep complaining that I am discriminated from college to people that don't give a crap, and I get criminally charged for harassment.

This is more than a civil complaint. I have criminal complaints against Lehigh University. These are crimes that other universities are committing as well. This requires a federal investigation of all of the universities. Now I have to address all of my complaints directly to the United States department of justice.

I should have the right to report crimes directly to the department of justice for free without any requirement of paying any fee to the government and lawyers. I should be able to do this without having to hire a lawyer and pay them thousands of dollars.

I have been discriminated from attending a real university to attain a real bachelors degree and beyond.

I have to have the absolute right to decide for myself to attend a university to attain a bachelors degree and beyond. No other person should have any right to have control over my own destiny to take away my right to decide for myself my own destiny. No other person should have any right to make any decision against me that results in denying me my absolute right to go to college.

I went directly to the Lehigh University admissions office to inquire about applying to become a student. The admissions department won't even allow me to apply. I have been denied to even be allowed to apply to become a student. I'm denied the opportunity to even be allowed to have a formal written rejection letter.

I have a disability that has not yet been documented. There is one area of the brain that has not gone through puberty. I have the same body language, mannerisms, and speech as a child. When people observe this, I am not taken seriously. Based on the observance of my body language, my intelligence and decision making skills is instantly wrongfully judged by people who observe me.

My inquiries and interest to become a student in the admissions department is not taken seriously. They call the police on me just for inquiring about attending the university. Lehigh University is a private university. When the admissions department calls the police on me, it is the university's own private police department.

I contacted the Bethlehem City police department to report being the victim of discrimination from Lehigh University. The Bethlehem City police department instructs me to contact the Lehigh University police. So I attempted to report my complaints to the Lehigh University police. The private police department at a private university does not take criminal complaints against its own university.

One day a police officer from the town where I reside and a police officer from the Lehigh University campus police came to my house at 9am to hand deliver me a letter informing me that Lehigh University is a private university and that I am not to contact them. The letter is from from Edward K. Shupp who is the chief of police of the Lehigh university campus police. The letter is not dated. I can only guess that the letter was delivered in October 1014.

Now I have a letter from the chief of police of the Lehigh University campus police, ordering me to stay off the campus. I continued to follow the instructions of the Bethlehem City police to report my complaints to the Lehigh University campus police. I contacted the Lehigh University campus police to complain about the letter the police chief sent me to stay off the campus. I continued to attempt to report my complaints of discrimination to the campus police. My complaint then resulted in police chief Edward K. Shupp filing criminal harassment charges against me.

I somehow have gotten placed into the category of "developmentally disabled". What has to happen is that the federal government has to listen directly to the the people who are saddled with the label "developmentally disabled"

A federal investigation is required to investigate the crimes that all of the universities are doing. An entire class of people is discriminated from college. Universities discriminate against people with developmental disabilities. Everything the social sciences department teaches about developmental disabilities is entirely wrong and is all about defining an entire class of people as inferior humans with no human rights.

I had a preliminary hearing on 5 May 2015. I submitted in writing my request to represent myself. My request was denied. A court appointed public defender was present.

The court plays games with me. The court doesn't admit they denied me the right to represent myself. The court twists it around to claim I agreed to have the public defender.

I was not allowed to present my testimony. Lehigh university presented their testimony. I was not allowed to present my side of the story. The case has been forwarded to the court of common pleas scheduled for 9 July 2015

I want to represent myself. I made this request for the preliminary hearing. My request was ignored.

Lawyer says we have to deal with the criminal charges first. I am facing criminal charges. I am charged with trespassing and harassment. I have complaints of discrimination from college.

When I phoned the law office of the public defender, the receptionist told me, "this is a private law firm. Do not call here". I cannot continue with this attorney after being told not to call his office.

I called the Northampton county public defender office to tell them I was told this and that I cannot continue with this attorney after being told not to call his office. Then I was asked this question. "How many times did you call the office?" What is the point of answering that question with a number? If there is good communication with the attorney then a high number could be a good thing. If there is bad communication with an attorney then a high number can be a bad thing. It's a bad thing if I cannot communicate with the attorney and I made a number of attempts to communicate with the attorney. But the person on the phone has intentions of making it look like I am harassing the attorney.

I don't want another public defender from Northampton county. I would prefer to represent myself before I would have a public defender from Northampton County. Or I would accept a federal defender. I have federal criminal complaints to report against Lehigh University based on discrimination. Discrimination against the class of "developmentally disabled". And what their curriculum teaches about developmental disabilities is all about violating the human rights of an entire class of people. That is the curriculum of all of the universities. This requires a federal criminal investigation of all of the universities and the U.S. Department of Education.

I am wrongfully charged with harassment. These are frivolous charges. Chief of police Edward K. Shupp filed frivolous chargers against me.

I am discriminated from college. I have a right to go to college. All I have done is to take a stand to say I have a right to go to college. I make attempts to report discrimination from college to the authorities. The authorities then file criminal harassment charges against me.

When I talk about discrimination and my human rights, it really pisses people off. If my saying this in court is going to piss off the judge to order me not to bring this up in court, then I guess I am going to continue to state my complaints of discrimination and the judge is going to throw me in prison for contempt.

I have been discriminated from college. There is no where to turn to for help. There is nowhere to complain to. I have to do this all by myself. I have to speak up about my rights. I have to have the right to go to college.

I did what any other potential student has done by walking into the admissions office and inquiring to become a student. Lehigh University is stonewalling me and discriminating against me from becoming a student.

I have been discriminated from college. I have to have the constitutional right to go to college. I should not be judged based on my high school and community college grades from the 1980s.

I want go to a real university to study real science. No psychology and social science. I want to study hard science.

I have to say in court that I am discriminated from college. Children with special needs have access to public education. Universities have to be able to implement this for adult students with special needs to have access to go to a real university to get a real bachelors degree and beyond.

There has to be a constitutional right for adults with special needs to go to college. I have the right to make my own decisions. Nobody is going to tell me I am not allowed to go to college.

The public defender is not an education rights attorney. I specifically want an education rights attorney that represents adults who are discriminated from university. Rory Driscole tells me, "first we have to handle the criminal charges. I'm screaming at him on the phone, "WE DO THIS NOW!!!! WE DO THIS NOW!!!! WE DO THIS NOW!!!! DON'T JERK ME AROUND!!!" Then I hung up the phone on him

I want to represent myself. I am discriminated from college. This has to be taken seriously. That is my defence. The admissions policy discriminates against adults with special needs. No lawyer gets this. I have to represent myself.

I cannot get a fair trial in the Lehigh Valley. It is impossible to get a competent defender from the county. I want this trial to take place in a federal courtroom with a jury. I will accept a federal defender.

I am charged with criminal harassment. All I am doing is demanding the right to go to UNIVERSITY. Get a BACHELORS DEGREE. I am demanding it. I WILL GO TO PRISON TO GET THIS DONE!

People with developmental disabilities are discriminated from college. A full federal investigation is required to investigate all of the universities how they oppress the human rights of people with developmental disabilities. The entire university social science curriculum defines people with developmental disabilities to be inferior animals with no rights. If admitted to college, people with developmental disabilities are bullied by the universities and set up to fail. Universities are a toxic environment that makes it impossible for people with developmental disabilities to survive in. People with developmental disabilities are blacklisted from working in the field. And for that matter anywhere else.

My theory is that I am intelligent and the admissions cannot understand this. High intelligence is not normal. It is seen by the majority to be abnormal. Intelligence is ignored and the person is classified to be developmentally disabled. I am too intelligent for college. I am saying exactly how the universities make up all of the rules how to treat people with developmental disabilities, and all of those rules are wrong. Those rules are made up by psychotic people. The only fair thing to do is to just get rid of the entire policy of applying to college and hoping to get accepted. This system is flawed because there is NO transparency and it is discriminatory against people with developmental disabilities.
